Zumba Fitness

Get the kinks out after a long day sitting at your machine.  

Linda will offer a low impact (no jumping) basic Zumba class for the students!  Routines are very easy to follow as the routines are chosen with the beginner student in mind.  Linda will briefly discuss the routine and explain the steps before turning up the music!  No need to have any dance experience - all you need to do is keep moving and have fun.  If you don't like or can't do a particular move - it's ok to freestyle and pick up when you can.  Modifications to moves are also demonstrated.

It's all about having fun, laughing and moving to the music!  

 

*Linda lost 35 pounds and went from a Womens 22/24 to a 14/16 just doing Zumba.  She had two left feet when she started but did not give up.  She attained her license to teach Zumba so that she can inspire others who may be hesitant to try this style of exercise.

Zumba is for all ages, shapes and sizes.  All moves can be modified to suit your own skills/level.  

Linda holds licenses in Zumba, Zumba Gold,  Zumba Toning, Zumba Senato, Aqua Zumba and Zumba Kids.

$2.00 per student

* A portable blue tooth speaker is needed - sometimes Linda is able to bring hers *  Participants should wear sneakers, have a water bottle and towel available.
